Sweet Black Coffee Recipe 

  • Makes 1 500-ml bottle
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup 

How To Make Sweet Black Coffee 

  • 1 In a large measuring jug, combine coffee, water, and sugar syrup until granules are dissolved. 
  • 2 Transfer to a bottle, seal closed, and keep chilled until ready to serve. 

Iced Latte Recipe 

  • Makes 1 500-ml bottle
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated creamer 

How To Make Iced Latte 

  • 1 In a large measuring jug, combine coffee, water, sugar syrup, and evaporated creamer until granules are dissolved. 
  • 2 Transfer to a bottle, seal closed, and keep chilled until ready to serve. 

Spanish Latte Recipe 

  • Makes 1 500-ml bottle
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed creamer  

How To Make Spanish Latte

Caramel Macchiato Recipe 

  • Makes 1 500-ml bottle
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 1/4 cup caramel syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated creamer 

How To Make Caramel Macchiato 

  • 1 In a large measuring jug, combine coffee, water, caramel syrup, and evaporated creamer until granules are dissolved. 
  • 2 Transfer to a bottle, seal closed, and keep chilled until ready to serve. 

Iced Mocha Recipe 

  • Makes 1 500-ml bottle
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee 
  • 2 cups water 
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup 

How To Make Iced Mocha 

  • 1 In a large measuring jug, combine coffee, water, and chocolate syrup until granules are dissolved. 
  • 2 Transfer to a bottle, seal closed, and keep chilled until ready to serve.

Each recipe makes about 3/4 up to 1 cup syrup. Here are the sugar syrup recipes you need to make plus costing for each batch: 

Sugar Syrup Recipe 

  • 1 cup brown sugar = P11.475
  • 1 cup water = P1.50
  • 1/2 teaspoon calamansi juice = P0.40
  • TOTAL COST = P13.38 

How To Make Sugar Syrup 

  • 1 Combine sugar, water, and calamansi juice in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. 
  • 2 Simmer until the sugar is completely melted, stirring. Simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat, then cool completely. 
  • 3 Transfer to a squeeze bottle and use as desired. 

Caramel Syrup Recipe 

  • 1 cup sugar = P12.07
  • 1 cup hot water = P1.50
  • 1/2 teaspoon calamansi juice = P0.40
  • TOTAL COST = P13.97 

How To Make Caramel Syrup 

  • 1 Place sugar in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water. Place over low heat and melt the sugar, swirling the saucepan as needed to avoid burning the sugar. (Do not stir with a utensil.) 
  • 2 Once the sugar is completely melted, remove from the heat. Let cool slightly before adding the remaining water and then calamansi juice. (Be careful of the steam.)
  • 3 Swirl to remelt the caramelized sugar into the sugar. Place on the stove again and heat until all the caramelizing sugar has dissolved into the water. Cool completely. 
  • 4 Transfer to a squeeze bottle and use as desired.

Chocolate Syrup Recipe 

  • 1 cup brown sugar = P11.48
  • 1 cup water = P2.84
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder = P28.58
  • TOTAL COST = P42.89

How To Make Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 Combine sugar, water, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. 
  • 2 Simmer until the sugar is completely melted, stirring. Simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat, then cool completely. 
  • 3 Transfer to a squeeze bottle and use as desired. 

Each of these iced coffee drinks is best chilled but is even better when poured over ice!
